Terms of Service

By creating a Cashmama account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and QOR LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Cashmama. These Terms apply to all users of the Cashmama platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cashmama. By registering, you confirm that: - You are at least 18 years of age - You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement - You are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law - The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete

To use Cashmama, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information and completing identity verification. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN - All activity that occurs under your account - Notifying us immediately at admin@cashmama.org if you suspect unauthorised access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we detect fraudulent activity, security breaches, or violations of these Terms.

Cashmama provides a multi-service financial platform including but not limited to: - Peer-to-peer money transfers - Multi-currency wallet management - Bill and utility payments - Gift card buying and selling - Virtual dollar card issuance - Savings and safebox products - Cryptocurrency trading (BTC and USDT) - Stock investment - Peer-to-peer lending - QR code payment acceptance Specific terms, fees, and limits apply to individual services and are displayed within the app before each transaction. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Cashmama charges fees for certain services including currency exchange, card transactions, and gift card trading. Fees are always displayed clearly before you confirm a transaction. P2P transfers between Cashmama users are free. Fees may apply to external transfers, currency conversions, and third-party service usage. Cashmama reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time with reasonable notice provided via the app or email.

You agree not to use Cashmama for: - Money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity - Purchasing illegal goods or services - Fraud, phishing, or impersonation - Circumventing transaction limits or verification requirements - Sending unsolicited communications through the platform - Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform - Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, funds being frozen pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Your Cashmama wallet balance represents a stored value held by Cashmama on your behalf. User funds are held in segregated accounts with licensed banking partners and are not used for Cashmama's operational expenses. Cashmama is not a bank. Wallet balances are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme unless explicitly stated for a specific product. You can withdraw your funds to a linked bank account at any time, subject to applicable verification and limits.

Stock investments and cryptocurrency (including BTC and USDT) are subject to market risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Cashmama does not provide financial advice. Any information provided within the platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice. You invest at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashmama shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Cashmama in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may close your Cashmama account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your linked bank account. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
